This is a final reminder for those of you who would be interested in attending the 2013 NOTA Holiday Banquet & MOCA Art and Architecture Tour that will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2013.
The 2013 Holiday Banquet will be held at 4:00 p.m. at Mad Greek, a classic style Greek restaurant, located at 2466 Fairmount Blvd., Cleveland Heights, OH 44106. The holiday dinner menu will feature some of the most exquisite selections from Greek and Indian cuisine such as avgolemeno (creamy egg lemon soup with orzo), spanakopita (spinach and feta baked in phillo), pakoras (diced potato, spinach, onion, cauliflower, deep fried in chickpea butter, chutney trio), chicken tikka massala (Indian style boneless chicken, massala curry, cream and cardamon), alu ghobi (traditional Indian entrée with wok-fried cauliflower, peas, potato, cilantro and spices) and baklava.
The cost of the dinner is $28/person (taxes and gratuities are included in this price). Each gueat will receive a separate bill that should be payable directly to the restaurant. Please do not send any checks to NOTA. The Art & Architecture Tour will take place at 1:30 p.m. at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) located at 11400 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44106. MOCA was found in 1968 and is recognized both nationally and internationally for its vital and creative exhibitions and public programs. Please see MOCA flier for complete information.
The admission to the museum is free. Parking garages will be available nearby in the University Circle district as well as metered parking on Euclid Avenue and Ford Drive.
