NOTA cordially invites all of you to the 2014 NOTA Annual Dinner & MemoQ Workshop Event Program, which will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2014.

Our program will begin with a visit to the Kent State University Museum located at 515 Hilltop Drive (corner of E. Main and S. Lincoln Streets), Kent, OH 44242, which will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and which will present you with a unique opportunity to see some of the most fascinating collections of fashion and decorative arts while mingling with your NOTA colleagues and friends. Enclosed please see the Kent State University Museum flier for more detailed information. The admission fees are as follows: Free for Kent State University students, faculty and staff (with a valid ID), $5/person for adults, $4/person for senior adults and $3/person for students and children (ages 7 – 18). If you would interested in joining us for a visit to the Kent State University Museum, please email Vitaliy at vvp13ster@gmail.com and indicate the total number of guests in your group (including yourself) that will be coming to the museum. The deadline to RSVP for Kent State University Museum Tour is Tuesday, September 16, 8:00 p.m. EST.

The museum visit will be followed by the MemoQ Workshop, which will run from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and will be held at Kent State University at the following address: 475 Janik Drive, Satterfield Hall Room 311/313, Kent, OH 44242. The workshop will be in a form of a live presentation with hands-on exercises, where you will learn how to successfully navigate the MemoQ UI and how to translate with MemoQ while taking full advantage of its capabilities and leverage sources. The workshop will be presented by Joseph Wojowski, Director of Operations at Foreign Credits, Inc. Enclosed please find the Workshop flier for more detailed information. The admission fees will be set as follows: $10/person – for NOTA members, $20/person – for non-members and Free for MCLS students (with a valid student ID). The deadline to RSVP for MemoQ Workshop is Tuesday, September 16, 8:00 p.m. EST.

Finally, our program will conclude with our traditional NOTA Annual Dinner, which this time will be held at Bricco, an Italian cuisine restaurant located at 210 South Depeyster Drive, Kent, OH 44240. The dinner will feature a broad spectrum of meal selections from Italian cuisine and much more. Please see the Annual Dinner flier and the restaurant menu flier for more detailed information on the menu selections. The dinner will start at 6:00 p.m. and will offer a regular dinner menu. Each guest will be issued a separate bill after the dinner, which will be payable directly to the restaurant, not to NOTA. The deadline to RSVP for NOTA Annual Dinner is Saturday, September 13, 3:00 p.m. EST.
